Following an item at a Community Council meeting, the Outdoor Access officer from Aberdeenshire Council is seeking evidence about the path being in regular use in order to support it having right of way status. This can include anecdotal evidence of people using the path, old maps detailing the path – or any other references which might support it’s existence as a route used by the public.
