A big THANK YOU to all helpers, providers of food and everyone who supported the soup and pudding festive lunch on Sunday, 22 December. It was a buzzing two hours and the fantastic sum of just over £470 was raised for the Collieston Pier Fund.
Collieston & Slains WRI extend best wishes to everyone for the festive season and a happy, healthy and prosperous 2014.
Our winter programme begins on Monday evening (9th September) at 7.30 p.m. with a talk on ‘Hearing Dogs for the Deaf’. We have an interesting and varied programme arranged for this session which we hope will entice new members to join.
The children came to view their artwork which contributed to the decoration of Slains Church for Easter.
