Collieston and Slains Community Trust
As a charity registered in Scotland no SC037307, the Trust was first set up to raise some £2M to fund the design and building of a new community hub. Funding from the Big Lottery was critical, yet despite having recieved full planning permission and having the support of our Local Authority the Trust’s application was in the end unsuccessful.
As part of that process the Trust purchased the headland, between Cransdale and the harbour known as the Rivie. The Trust’s primary focus now is to manage the Rivie as an amenity for our community
